We have homeless shelters, addicts, young families and folks like me, who buy old houses and fix them up. There is tremendous pleasure in reviving old houses. Our neighborhood is full of people with skills to help in this endeavor. It brings people together. And I agree, Mia, we help each other out when things get tough. We have a lot of violence in this area, and we do look out for one another in so many ways. The pictures are wonderful. The raindrops on the tree, and the one of Bean with her feathers trailing out behind her. And the moon is beautiful tonight.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8275604737565419913.post-69028596900607600662009-03-10T22:46:00.000-04:002009-03-10T22:46:00.000-04:00Oh my gosh, mia is posting! We have neighbors that we don't like. They don't like it when the ball goes into their yard, they don't like the kids screaming with delight as they run through the sprinkler or sled down the hill. Sometimes, adults need to be kids. We have another neighbor who drinks all weekend, but he is harmless and quite funny.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
